Many of us complain about not reaching our goals and why it is so difficult. We quit complaining when we realize we don't get what we want; we only get what we are 100% committed to. Unless we are fully committed we have no hope of bringing healthier bodies into reality.
To commit we need dedication, patience, discipline and determination to do whatever it takes in spite of difficulties, discomfort or inconveniences along our Spark People journey.
