Installing cabinet drawers

Monday, February 05, 2018

Well, this didn't count as cardio, but it sure felt like a workout!

One of the steps in the Beck Diet Solution is to prep your house. Well, it is helpful for any lifestyle change, right?

Aside from getting rid of trigger foods, I wanted my home to be a bit more user friendly.
So to start, I bought some drawers for my base cabinets on Amazon, trying to get my kitchen to be more convenient to actually cook in.

The instructions said it should take 30 minutes to assemble and install. And I do consider myself to be fairly handy. I think I more than doubled that. Maybe three hours to install two units?!?

But they are wonderful! I can get to the stuff in the back!!!

(Who has cabinets this empty????)

What have you done to make your environment more conducive to weight loss?

Thanks for sharing. I'm getting old pans out and trying to maximize the use of my 1 burner hot plate and electric frying pan. (Aside from a toaster, that's all the heating equipment I have!)

Wow, like this idea. Pretty pricey but would be well worth the cost as to having to kneel down and look to see what is in the back. All my bases have shelves so just the drawers would work for me.
