Budgets, points, it's all the same thing
I have joined weight watchers. I have a points budget of 35 points a day. I have a budget of so much money each pay period. So why cant I stick to a budget? The one fight I have with my husband, who is a really good guy, apple pie incident outstanding, is about money. His refrain, why cant I stick to a budget? Why do I color outside the lines? Why do I eat brownies, and then pizza? apparently- it's about emotional eating. Yesterday, my big son tells me he is staying in Portland, essentially moving out of the house. He is twenty, this isn't something unexpected, but apparently it put me in a mood. It was a fibro day, I had poshed, typing in new contact and sending out messages, and by 3:00, I hurt. So I baked a pan a brownies, took a pain pill and settled down to binge watch some netflex. then the little son, tells me he needs pizza. That sounded like a good idea. It wasn't.

So i would really like some feedback here. Why is budgeting so hard?

Your always gonna be Bankrupted and in the Red when your trying to balance your food budget with your Emotion's account.. Those two must have separate accounts in order for this to really work. Set your goal's and be consistent. emoticon emoticon
