I am going to try and set goals monthly to see if I will work harder to reach the smaller goals.
lose 4 pounds--217
swimming 2 x a week
ride my little bike 20 min legs--10 arms--4 x a week
I will hit my goal of 60 + protein 7x a week
Hit 10,000 a day 7 x a week
journal 3 positive things each day
Ok I think that is enough for me this month.
