This is for any of you that may have IBS C. Constipation. I have it and I struggle with it a lot.
Any how I have found that by eating more probiotics and taking a probiotic supplement it has helped. So I have sauerkraut, chia seeds, cucumber, avocado, yogurt with cultures, Aloe Vera juice, just to name a few.
I hope and pray that this might help someone or people.
Praying for you as it's not fun.
I even tried Linzess, medicine and it didn't work.
Hang in there as there are many of us with IBS C.

Also watch the gassy foods.

    I have chronic constipation. I thought I was getting better but not so. I eat plenty of fiber and at least drink 8 glasses of water a day. I would have to eat at least 10 prunes a day to help at all. I cannot afford them as my son eats them too. emoticon

    That may be true but I know by eating food that has cultures in it it has really helped me. Got to eat everything in balance I figure. Glad you found what will work for you.

    I do, but I don't take probiotics. My doc told me to steer clear from them. Wondering why, I researched probiotics and found that they do more harm than good. Glad I took my docs advice.
