Super Bowl Eating: The Vegetable Hog

I am considering the need, coming up in a few hours, to navigate the Super Bowl party spread at a friend’s house. The food will be good and varied, but pretty high on the caloric end. I trust there will be a crudities platter though.

Perhaps I can just slip the whole plate onto mine? Or simply command the space so I can get more of the celery than anyone? The thought is making me chuckle. A well placed elbow or two and those carrots and broccoli trees can be all mine.

    Thanks for the chuckles!! I always manage to pick up a buddy to Veg around with. Really I just stick to the basics like the veggies and the wings. No bread or crackers or rolls. None of that!!

    It is so hard to stay away from some of the calorie-high snack foods. Vegetables and hummus, vegetables and salsa are my options. Have fun
