Lost Inches, "Clubbin' Cardio" and a Week of Dinners

I was feeling discouraged when I went to track the progress of my first month back on track this morning. Zero pounds down, I knew that. Only 3 days out of seven on track last week. But when I measured my parts - I only do that once a month - I was a few inches down. Hurray! Exercise at least is paying off. Which inspires me to be more diligent in my consumption…. Always a good thing. So, a bright spot!
Today I went to the gym and was planning to do elliptical in the cardio room, but their was a “Clubbin’ Cardio” class kicking off, so I did that instead. It was fun…. Which is something I’m trying to have more of…
Next week’s dinners are planned:
Sunday: broiled chicken
Monday: Lemon and olive chicken (batch cooking again!)
Tuesday: Chicken curry (prepared but excellent!)
Wednesday: Chicken and sweet potato chili
Thursday: Lemon and olive chicken
Friday: Dinner out, but I will choose healthy foods before arriving at the restaurant
So, I am prepared! I am ready. I am also ready to begin getting up early and working out in the morning again. I always feel better when I do that.
