February Goals

January was a good month for my health and fitness goals. I am making good progress because of SparkPeople. This month, I want to be more consistent with exercise. I am really out of shape, so I need to increase my exercise very gradually.

February goals:

Exercise 60 minutes a week
Stay in calorie range 6/7 days
Log into SP daily

After a really making strides in January to by healthier, I already feel better. If I work on making February a healthy month, good things will happen. Note to self: make February a healthy month, not a perfect month.
