January Review/February Goals

Our assignment for this week for the Aspire to Inspire BSG challenge: Blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month.

Option #2: February is International Friendship Month - What are some of the ways you can/will celebrate your friends? What are seven characteristics of a good friend?


For our Aspire to Inspire BSG Challenges our blog assignment is to write about our progress for last month and our goals for this month.

My goals for January were:
Lose 4 pounds by: This did not happen
Drink a minimum of 10 glasses of water daily: emoticon
Making nutritious choices daily: emoticon at least 50 to 75% of the time
Limit sweet treats. emoticon at least 50 to 75% of the time
Limit white carbs. emoticon most of the time
Practice yoga Tuesdays and Thursdays emoticon only missed one day
Attend Low Impact Fitness Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week emoticon
Walking a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week. emoticon most of the time
Stretching daily emoticon
Do PT exercises emoticon but need to increase the times I do them to 2-3 times instead of once


My goals for February are
