January review and February goals

My goal for the past several months has been to exercise at least ten minutes a day. In January I finally did a good job with that goal. I exercised 29 out of the 31 days. My first goal for February is the same thing. I want to exercise at least ten minutes a day.

My second goal has to do with the type of exercise I do. I would like to do cardio at least 5 days a week, and I would like to do yoga and strength training at least 3 days a week each.

For my third goal, I would like to complete the Planks and Thanks Challenge. This involves doing a plank every day for as long as you can, trying to increase your time each day. Then you also write down three things you are grateful for each day. This challenge lasts the entire month.

I am looking forward to a great month!
