In February I Will....

I started the year off well. I am on challenge teams and staying on course with my exercise. Eating is off and on - good days, bad days. I pretty much maintain my weight rather than losing.
February is a month for me to:
Get adequate rest daily.
Get regular physical activity.
Choose healthy fats.
Achieve/Maintain a healthy weight. I would like to lose a few pounds this month.
Maintain a cheerful, hopeful outlook on life. It is good for my mental and physical health.
