Happy February and it has been a while!

I had to document this occasion! It is the first time I have put workout clothes on in a long time!

AND ...I actually did something too, 4 planks and 2 sets of squats!

Let's not get too crazy now! It's a start! LOL

I am on my desktop...so I was able to figure out how to add a photo, but after you post one, the "post photo" thingy goes away.....so can you only post one photo per blog post?

I have been drinking a drink in a mason jar that I made at home, it is water, green tea bag, fresh lime slices and chopped mint leaves......so yummy! I think I will enjoy it more when the weather gets warmer.

I am trying to get more water in, instead of espresso.

    emoticon You’re doing it! All you got to do sometimes is just jump in and don’t think about it too hard (in other words talk yourself out of it, emoticon ). I like your water recipe, like the mint. Does the teabag work very well in cold water? Sorry if that’s a dumb question, I’ve just never tried it before. If your on a computer you should be able to repeat the process to add photos, just one at a time, yes it’s a bit tedious, emoticon

    Looking good! Sometimes putting the clothes on is workout enough LOL..
    Your water sounds great - I have some mint growing in my garden, this sounds a good way to use it.
