I just finished writing up my at home exercise plan. On Pinterest I see Bodyboss every where so I looked it up. The price for the 3 month plan book isnt that bad BUT I dont have the money for it since I put in $120 a year for the gym. Also I dont have a real job. I take care of my grandma and then I watch my 2 little cousins for $20 a day. (I wish my cousin would pay me more since its only on Monday during the school months and 3 days during the summer)
The pictures are the same ones I have saved on Pinterest, SPOTEBI. So I separated them into 4 weeks and will do them over the next 3 months starting tomorrow. I also plan to head to the gym at least 3 times a weeks and work up to almost everyday. Mondays are my days off!!!
Along with whats above, I plan to keep a food journal and track my weight and measurements every Thursday. I still plan to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, meal prep, and plan out all meals. This should really help with my portion control because I usually eat 3 large, heavy on the carbs, meals a day. To keep this short, there is a lot of things that will change.
Im giving myself 3 months to change my life. Keeping the journal will help me out a lot. Im going to track everything including my mood, head aches, how I feel after the exercises, etc. Over these past couple of weeks something I have noticed is that after I eat something heavy I become really sleepy and after something with a lot of carbs and fat I get a headache. Im shocked I never noticed this before.
I have been writing and writing and rewriting up different plans for over 5 years now. Fingers crossed that I can keep up with this one. Knowing that its a 3 month plan vs. a year plan helps out a lot. Im not stressing out or anything. This will also help me figure out where I need to tweak things.
