Aspire to Inspire - Workout Schedule

Our blog assignment for this week for the BSG challenges is: Do you have a workout schedule? How did you make your workout schedule?
I do have a workout schedule.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings I go to a low impact/mindful movement class from 9:00 to 10:00. When I get home I go for a 30 minute walk with my dog most days and then come home and do stretching and physical therapy exercises.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I go for a 30 minute walk with my dog about 10:30 and then do my physical therapy exercises and then go to the Y to do yoga from 12:30 to 1:30
Saturday and Sundays are basically rest days except for physical therapy exercises.
This schedule has just evolved by finding things I want to do, Mindful Movement and Yoga, and then fitting the other things I want to do into a schedule.
