I'm having a hard time with motivation the last few days. I'm feeling very "eh" for just about anything. work, housework, exercise, eating healthy... really the only thing I look forward to is driving because I'm towards the end of Pride and Prejudice and I'm listening to it on CD.
I did force myself to go for a run today. It was shorter than I "should" have run, but I consider the fact that I got out there as a real victory. I've eaten healthier today, but that's because I haven't left the house... save for the run. I tend to grab snacks when I'm out running errands. It's a horrible habit that I got from my mom... whom I love dearly! I even told her I struggled with that and she felt real bad and we laughed about it. Anyway.
What do you guys do when you need motivation? Maybe I need to make a "vision" board. Something to actually stare at when I need to see the end goal.
any thoughts and ideas?
