Thank you for taking time to read my blog. I tend to blog without boundaries, and say whatever is on my heart. Please, before you tell me to try something, to ditch grains, or read Indygirl story, read my bio. I have not reached the decision for WLS lightly. I, once, felt that same prejudice that you are viewing me. It's a cheaters way out. It will cause problems. How can i violate Gods temple? I have tired every diet, and to the person who doubted I gave it a real try, buck off. I have given up grains, and processed foods, and dairy due to intolerances, so the person who suggested that I just give up processed foods might want to look at my food log. I eat a basic keto diet. And to the person who told me that the metabolism being wrecked by fad diets is a myth, show me your facts. Because I have a body who gains 10 pounds over a weekend if I eat carbs. I lost 10 pounds during a colonoscopy. My struggle is my own, and it's real and raw and painful. I guess it's my own fault for blogging without boundaries, but I need support from sparkpeople, not judgement and direction from people who haven't walked in my shoes. Read my page. then you can comment on wither WLS is a good idea.

What can I say. It serves no purpose to judge another because we are not walking in those shoes. **SIGH**

You live in your body. The decision to do what you feel you need to do is your own. Everyone else can go "fly"! -- Sorry for the hassles you've gotten.

I've said more than once: "Walk a week or two in my shoes, and then MAYBE you can offer suggestions, input, or a different view point than my personal "forest" I live within

Ughh, If only closed minds came with closed mouths!! like VHAYES04 stated, everyone's struggle is different, and everyone will have a different approach to what tools they want to use in their wellness journey! Stay the course, and remain positive. emoticon emoticon
