I lost another five pounds!

I'm happy I lost the weight, but of course I need to adjust my diet because five pounds in a week is a bit too much. I've been eating way below the calorie recommendations from SP for a couple of reasons, the main one being that it's so gratifying to lose weight quickly. But that's not what I'm here for, so I'm going to eat at least 1600 calories a day. More if I up my exercise. But I wish it was easier to balance the way I eat! I get enough carbs, no problem, and it's beyond easy to get enough fat, but I have a problem with protein. I'm not a huge fan of chicken and fish is ok, if it's fried. I love beans and lentils, but I can't eat them every day, and beef and pork are generally too fat. When I do my own shopping, I tend towards vegetarian meals,, although not exclusively, but staying with my parents, they're much more meat oriented. I'm getting used to eating tiny little portions of meat, but it's far from ideal. Oh well, I guess it's something to work on.
