Heading to train for the week tomorrow. I cooked and packaged healthy meals to take with me. I've determined there is a Planet Fitness there. I have already planned my days so that I go straight to the gym after training daily, then a healthy dinner after. Had (and will continue to have) discussions with myself that binging is NOT an option this week. Looking forward to a successful week!
