Down 20 lbs in 2018 so far!!!

I’m under 400 lb and I can use my scale again :) 398.2, to be exact.
I’VE LOST 20 LB IN 2018! Most of it in the last week on the ketogenic diet. I’m still eating at least 2000 cal per day, and am not starving myself or over-exercising.
Going to keep it up and see how far I can go :)
