Chapter 27, Day 22

This will be quick, as I have a full plate today with client work. I will make time for a walk for myself out doors though....it will be a very good stress reliever.
My snacking habit is creeping back in again. Even though I am ending the day up where I want to with my total calories, I need to triumph over these weak moments. On a positive, at least I have built in some calories to spare for my weaker moments.
Youngest son's got an excellent surgical post op report from his surgeon.
Grandbaby finally got used to me again after a couple of hard days babysitting.....ended the week with lots of smiles
Had a good week last week, finally losing weight
Super great day with healthy meal choices yesterday
Stay the course with food and fitness
Work through cleint deadlines
Enjoy the sunshine for the moment
