Attitude of Gratitude

I've been struggling to write a list of things that really and truly motivate me. I'm going to keep thinking about that. However, after reading PRNCSCUP1-2FULL's blog, I am going to follow her lead and write down some things that I'm thankful for today.

1. Getting to see my dogs, Lilo and Pepe, zoom around the yard today. It cracks me up when they get a case of the zoomies.

2. Dancing to Chaka Khan music was fun. Music gives me joy.

3. I stayed in my calorie range today, exercised, and had good blood sugar numbers.

Hmmm. That felt good. I must do that more.
