Basically I am eating the same thing as yesterday. The changes to the salad must have helped as I have not had heartburn.
I did have a morning snack of a small apple with cheese. Then I made a salad with banana, apple,celery and a can of "lite" cherry pie filling. These are all the things I need to eat for gout and pie filling is the only thing my store sell for cherries. The "lite" is the only one without HFCS.
