In Sep '17, I underwent surgery to re-attach my torn quadricep tendon. Unable to do but little exercise, my weight increased to 191.5, as of 1/118. I had enough of that so, I sat down and figured a challenge that very few could accomplish. I phrased it, "The Making the Impossible, Possible Challenge".
And here it is: by 12/31/2018: weigh 145lbs; waist 28; and a fat percentage of 8.
I'm soon to be 73 years old and have never, ever attained those standards. This year I have decided to just go out and "Do It".
To start this challenge in a good stead, I weighed in on 1/26 at 176.8. That's a loss of 14.7lbs in less than a month. Not bad, but there's still a very long way to go.
