5% Challenge Week 2 & 3

This is almost a full week late. haha Oops. It's been a very weird week. Today feels like it should be Friday, but alas it's only Thursday. I didn't get much sleep last night (again with the reading!) so I'm pretty tired today.
My new thought for weight loss is to just go home from work and sleep the evening/night away. Sleep thru dinner. It will save money and I'll wake up refreshed.
Well, I finally did it... again! :) I reached Onderland!
I was nervous about the scale going back up, but I've stayed under 200 since I hit it. Now, the scale also hasn't moved lower either, but I haven't been awesome at water or sleep... or exercise this week. I'm eating ok, but that's about it.
This next week is dealing with sleep, so I'm in super pumped to try and work on getting more of that. I have this horrible cycle that if I don't get a good amount of sleep I get pretty tired during the day and then I snack on sugar to stay awake and then I remember how much I enjoy sugar and it's a hard cycle to quit. SO... getting good sleep is definitely a huge positive for me.
