Ready to eat - classify for health, entertainment, or addiction

Some days I need to feel hunger pangs to remember to eat, not too many days, but it happens. Need to eat healthy foods to fuel my body. More often I am eating for social reasons or as a personal treat for entertainment which is acceptable in moderation. There are times and certain foods that trigger the dreaded addiction category. Boredom, stress, being tired, angry or hurt might trigger over eating the ring stuff. For me some foods, mostly high carb foods, don't give me the mental trigger of a full feeling- pasta, chips and crackers. Make a mental note as I prepare to eat - is it for health, entertainment or addiction? Am I consciously agreeing with the decision?
