Day One

Thursday, January 25, 2018

Breakfast: One egg, one piece of sausage, one apple.

Lunch: 2 - 3 cup salad with two kinds of lettuce, cabbage, celery, carrots, tomato with small amount of Ranch Dressing; cup of bone broth with sausage, cabbage and carrots.

Supper is family meal: we are having pull pork sandwiches with potato salad, I will probably only have half a sandwich.
