emoticon I look everywhere for motivation. I may use mental techniques to motivate myself that may seem cruel (if I let others know what I'm doing in my own head) an overweight person and saying to myself "I gotta get on the treadmill tonight....I don't wanna look like that"....I did that exact same thing this morning. Except I said it out loud in to my daughter. And she says 'Well you already DO kinda look like that.' emoticon thing is..I DON'T look like this person. I have rolls...but not as many as this person. Makes me wonder who's vision is distorted...mine or hers. emoticon

My kids are my other motivation....not the 'oh i gotta lose weight so I can run around with my kids' is the MY KIDS ARE 5'7 AND WEIGH LESS THAN I DO...and I'm 4'11. Teenagers can say hurtful daughter once told me that I will NEVER weigh less than her..she's 143..I'm pretty damn close KID emoticon yeah...a new day to try to kick my own arse!!!

Y'all have a good one emoticon
