Fit Happens - New Journal

I am one to get more things done when they are written down. I thrive off of lists because seeing things marked off makes me happy. I keep a chore list, a grocery list, if we are traveling a "what to pack" list... so why not keep a fitness journal!
I picked up this gem yesterday at Target:
Last night I already filled in page #1! I am excited about this journal and I am hoping this will help me reach my goals. This book is pretty neat, it starts off with you listing 3 things you are grateful for. Then you get to pick a goal for the day. It also has you say one thing you appreciate about yourself and rate your day with moving, nourishing, and reflecting.
It has a full page that you can journal on and everyday has great quotes and fitness tips.
This book is not only going to get me to physically write things down but it is also going to make me work on my self image which has taken a beating lately. Writing things down for me makes it real... permanent... You can be totally honest with your feelings with writing them down in a journal.
I can't wait to see how this new journal is going to help all aspects of my life!
