20 pounds gone for good!

So, at the end of week number 3, I'm down just a little over 20 pounds and feeling better than I have in years.
One of the things that has helped the most is changing the way I think about meal planning and prep. Most people who have seen my plan - which is pretty dag-gone strict - react by being shocked at how few things seem to be on my list.
I quit focusing on what's not on my list. I started focusing on how to make new variations of my meals. It's become a challenge and a game for me. And it's getting quite fun!
It's amazing what a little change of perspective can do...
