Week 2 Winter 5% Challenge Weigh In

Was sore this morning from yesterday's unexpectedly long ride (next time phone with Maps on handlebars) but it was a strong finish to a good week. Stayed in calorie range most days and stayed active. Seems to be working. Slow and steady...
Next week will work on adding in more veggies and riding more with the warmer weather.
