I usually get up, fix the coffee, walk while it perks (10 almost exactly), then settle in with my tablet for too long. I'll glance at the clock and go: No way I've been on FB for 45 minutes! So today I changed things up a little. I walked While skimming through FB posts. Got in 30 minutes of walking around and around my kitchen and some knee lifts and such. I am pleased to report that I didn't run into anything and worked my upper arms by keeping my tablet at a comfortable height. Yeah I know, the fitness gurus out there would probably have opinions on this approach, but hey it's better than sitting so much!
