Ok, finding a middle ground between needing breakfast between 6-7 am and having dinner around 6-7 pm. My breakfast now consist mostly of fruit (2-3) and an egg and/or light string cheese. Lunch is usually one serving of carbs, some protein and a vegetable, leaving room for a nice balanced dinner. In addition, I'm making sure I reach a minimum of of 7,000 steps a day minimum. I realize the overall steps and fitness will need to increase as I progress, but I totally look forward to it!
