Aspire to Inspire Week 3 - One Goal to Focus On

Our assignment for this week for the Aspire to Inspire BSG challenge: What is one goal that you really want to focus on and why?

I have been on this journey for too many years without seeing the results I want. I have pretty much figured out the exercise factor of it and am fairly consistent with exercise and include a variety of exercise types. I know that it takes both exercise and nutrition to develop a healthy life and body.

Therefore, the one goal that I really want to focus on is nutrition. Why? My cholesterol levels have been creeping up and I don’t want to take yet another medication. Therefore, now is the time to get serious.
