Focusing on one goal

This week’s assignment for the Aspire and Inspire sparkteam is: What is one goal that you really want to focus on and why?
I wrote about this in my blog about my goals for the year, but the one goal I want to focus on is to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. There are so many benefits of exercising, and I want to get into the habit of regular exercise.
So far I have a 22-day streak going, so I’m off to a good start!
