Chapter 27, Day 11

Wednesday, January 17, 2018

Time to get more serious with my food choices. Lately, though I've stayed under calorie range, I've had snacks and called it my meal. It's a bad habit I intend to rid myself of. I cut myself some slack because my youngest adult child was having surgery, and I was stressed. Surgery was yesterday, and doc he was successful in removing a fairly large lipoma.

I came home and fell asleep on the couch for 7 hours. I'm starting today. Breakfast was at 1a. Time to hit the client work. I have a very long day in front of me.

DAY'S POSTIVES
So grateful son's surgery was successful
Grandbaby is getting used to me again.....not too much fussing yesterday
Was thankful to have finished yesterday well within my daily calorie range, given I was stress snacking
I do love the early quiet mornings

CAN DOs
Get through this long day.
Work in some fitness minutes.
Stay the course with food plan, and no unhealthy snacking today.

Wishing you an awesome day!
