This week one of two blogs we are to write is about accomplishments.
What did you accomplish this past year?
My main accomplishment this year is my exercise streak .with CJ We
have exercise for at least 10 min a day for 220 days in a row. I also kept
my job for almost a year and a half. I have kept my anxiety and Depression in check.
What would you like to achieve this year?
I would like to meet the goal of 1 year of exercise. I would like to have my
job at the end of next year. I would like to have kept my anxiety and Depression in check.
The Blonde Diet
A blonde is terribly overweight, so her doctor puts her on a diet.
"I want you to eat regularly for two days, then skip a day, and repeat this procedure for two weeks. The next time I see you, you'll have lost at least five pounds."
When the blonde returns, she's lost nearly 20 pounds.
"Why, that's amazing!" the doctor says. "Did you follow my instructions?"
The blonde nods. "I'll tell you, though, I thought I was going to drop dead that third day."
"From hunger, you mean?" asked the doctor.
"No, from skipping."
1. I KEEP TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT IT KEEPS FINDING ME.
2. Whether you want to be thick or thin IS A MATTER OF TASTE!!!
3. THOSE WHO GET TOO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES, WILL BE EXPOSED IN THE END.
4. THERE ARE TWO THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER EAT BEFORE BREAKFAST: (LUNCH AND DINNER).
5. RELISH TODAY. CATCHUP TOMORROW.
.6. A DIET IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO SOME LENGTH TO CHANGE YOUR WIDTH.
