MySMART Goals:

I want to lose 5 pounds by the end of the round (April 4). I will reach this goal by exercising at least 20 minutes per day. I normally go to the gym at least three times per week. I will continue to do this. I will continue drinking 64 ounces of water a day. I have no sweets in the house. I will do my best to limit my sweets.
