Chapter 27, Day 7

Gosh days and chapters are passing me by! Still, got to keep track of how many hundreds of days I have been at this. So, hello, Chapter 27. This Chapter, I will make a prediction. My weight will be in the 140s again. I haven't stuck my neck out like that in a while, but the timing feels right for this.

So that's it, that is the main goal. I know the drill to get there, and the mechanism that will make it happen, is a strong focus on limiting daily calories to the low end of my range. I had a successful Fall Challenge; I intend to do the same over the Winter Challenge.

Though temperatures are in the low teens, skies are very blue and the sun is shining brightly.
Snow shoveling provided an opportunity for some fitness minutes
