I laid around until this evening.
I reached all 3 activity goals on my IWatch (Not sure what you call it)
Surprisingly my heart rate reached 140 when exercising to Walk Away The Pounds (didn't know it could)
I got a good sweat.
Heart skipped a few times but I kind of slowed down and picked back up when I felt comfortable.
Its always so strange and uncomfortable. I could do more if my heart didn't hiccup.
I want to workout. I want to exercise and feel good. So this is my routine for now which is fill up my activity circle everyday.
