Almost a Week of Challenge Done

It has been a good week with my steps. Got my fitbit up and working again. Because I am working on getting more steps in, the calories I am burning has me satisfied. It is difficult to get a hard workout in just yet. I want to get back to the walking tapes. There are a few moves that are difficult for me yet, but things are getting better. Glad for that!
Planning to go to the chiropractor tomorrow. It has been awhile since I have been there and he was able to help me greatly when my hip locked up.
I have got to keep stepping!
