Celebrating a small victory

I lost 1.3 pounds since the first of January. Small victory. I have also started cutting out soda from my diet. I know that it is extremely bad for me but it tastes so good. This is my 3rd day without soda. I'm going to slowly cut out excess sugar. For now I'm starting with the soda. I'm getting my caffeine from other sources. I'm hoping to eventually cut that out too.

    Congrats......maybe once or twice a week I'll drink one of those little bottles of Diet 7Up. They taste better than the regular 7UP.

    I had and have a big coke addiction, some days just looking at a bottle gives me the heart fluttering jitters. I can say honestly that I've had 3 since December 29th. I feel bad about having them but then i remember I used to drink a 12pk a day.

    I very rarely have soda. At one time I was drinking diet soda all the time. Caffeine, I need to avoid. I like the taste and smell of coffee, but it does not like me. I can have a cup in the morning and I am up all night. I don't get the jitters, it just does not let me sleep.
