NO PROGRESS HAPPENING!
Why can I not get in the mood to get myself going on my path?? I want it, but I guess not badly enough. I KNOW I can do it, I am just CHOOSING not to, but WHY?
My focus right now has to be on getting off the night snacking! It is horrible. I never used to eat at night. After dinner, I was done. Now I want to eat everything in the house when I am not hungry at all. It is rather disgusting because I just keep on and on and on and then I am miserable.
Goals thus far:
Week 1 Add more water
Week 2 STOP the nighttime binge eating
