Day 44 - Freestyle

So - I signed up for Weight Watchers yesterday (again). However, one of the reasons that I did it was because of the amazing feedback that I am seeing for the freestyle program. Only 2 days in but I am LOVING it. I've followed the program in the past and was successful each time with losing & keeping weight off for extended periods of time.

The plan makes sense - it basically steps out what is probably "normal" eating for people who don't have to analyze every bite that they take lol. But I feel satisfied. I don't have to overthink every bite I put in my mouth and I feel kinda normal. I've always said that people who are addicted to food cannot quit eating so spending less time having to think about food is wonderful for me.

Just my random thoughts for the day! I'll give an update as I progress.
