I am depressed today

I went clothes shopping..I realize on the inside I may be healthier but I feel so fat on the outside. Despite over 1 yr at the gym and dieting 90% of the time, I have retained most of the weight and I haven't changed much at all. I am not giving up, just frustrated.

    I eat mainly protein but I will watch the carbs, thank you ladies..health wise I am on different meds to help. I think I need to be more consistent.

    My husband was also eating a lot of peanut butter which he realized was contributing to inflammation and weight retention in his case. Hopefully you find the key that works for you.

    That was exactly my issue. When I started to drop my carb intake, between 30 and 60 gram for the whole day, the weight started to come off! Give it a try.

    Sending you encouragement. First of all, good job you are not giving up. What does your diet consist of? Are you on any kind of medicine? Because my husband is diabetic and takes insulin, his metabolism is little bit slower.

    I don't know exactly what you're eating, but check your carbohydrate intake. If it's high with the foods that you track, it just may be the carbs that are keeping you big.
