I did a pushup!

Okay, a pushup may not seem like much, but you had to be there. I recently started reading "Mini Habits for Weight Loss" by Stephen Guise. He writes about how his path to establish mini habits that would lead to a healthy lifestyle started with a goal of one pushup a day. He often did more and other things, but always at least one pushup.
So, I thought, "Why not?" It was ugly. I have little upper body strength and less core strength. But, I did it. I'm pretty sure it's my first pushup in over 35 years, so YAY!
