And we're off!

Well, Saturday was Day One emoticon of my challenge, and I'm back to Low Carb, no sugar, lots of water and the treadmill. Surprisingly between the 1st and the 6th I lost 2 lbs. emoticon Must've been water weight. I did consume a lot of that candy I mentioned previously, emoticon but I also gave a lot away :) I wasn't too piggy emoticon about it. LOL.

Did lots of shopping last night (not a fan of grocery shopping) and I'm ready for the week!!
