Well, Saturday was Day One
of my challenge, and I'm back to Low Carb, no sugar, lots of water and the treadmill. Surprisingly between the 1st and the 6th I lost 2 lbs.
Must've been water weight. I did consume a lot of that candy I mentioned previously,
but I also gave a lot away :) I wasn't too piggy
about it. LOL.
I'm feeling great about my new goals and plans!!
Did lots of shopping last night (not a fan of grocery shopping) and I'm ready for the week!!
