Pushing forward

I woke up at 6 am, used the elliptical, and made myself breakfast: scrambled eggs, a laughing cow wedge, and a piece of gluten free toast. Lunch is lentil curry. Dinner will be roast chicken with wine sauce and broccoli and carrots 🥕 🥦 I’m not going to just lie down and die. I’m going to fight for my health. And now I’m off to shower and then work.
