Stepping Forward, Get Rid of Excuses.

Each step forward is 2 steps better than the day I missed.
I am working on losing the negative exaggerations. My counselor says that instead of "probably" think "might" so life won't feel so drastic. Instead of should, I think I could, I can, and right then take a step toward that effort.
Walk down the hall 10 times or do stretches and leg lifts. Exercise once a day every day is a good beginning.
I need to start keeping a calendar of steps forward. In addition to aiming for once a day at a certain time, I will keep track of what exercise I do when I have time and energy. I am pleasantly surprised at the end of the month when I see how well I have done.
PS: I read somewhere that "should" thoughts/words make us feel guilty. So I will try to think could, so that I can think clearly and take a step forward.
