Weight loss is all about learning. Learning nutrition fitness and sometimes about yourself. Today I let myself get hungry because I'm cooking a roast and I wanted to save up some extra calories so I can eat more of it. Big mistake. I had to go to Walmart and I talked myself into a can of Pringles. I told myself one serving is all I wanted. Well a half a can later I had to give them to my son and tell him to get rid of them. I know better than to go shopping hungry. I also know that I don't have self control when it comes to Pringles. I set myself up for failure. I will however continue to eat like a reasonable person for the rest of the day because it's not the end of the world.
