I’m taking things day by day right now and tracking all items. I know I lose weight steadily when I track.
I’ve had more time to cook lately and I’ve been really enjoying it. My goal is to cook at least three times per week and make sure we eat the leftovers too. We’ve been doing better with that, we used to get Pizza at least once per week, now it is only once or twice a month.
Started thinking about my mom the other day. She was only 51 when she passed away. I want to live a long time with my husband and son. I’m obese, and that comes with a lot of health concerns. But I can, and will, change that.
